“Remember where you’re from and who you are…”  Good advice passed down to the founders of this North Central Texas company many years ago.  Top Notch was formed in 1995 by the brother and sister team of Tim and Elaine Campbell.  Tim and Elaine grew up together in a small town in Navarro County, Texas where their father was a brick layer for some 35 years.  Their family has lived in this county since the 1840’s when Texas was still an independent republic.  Elaine retired from the business in 2007, passing the torch to Tim who is the  president and CEO.

After 13 great years in business, Top Notch boasts 6 locations which serve many satisfied clients in a wide variety of industries, yet the company retains a small town touch that continues to set us apart from our competitors.  As one of our valued clients said, “With you guys, I can pick up the phone and chat with the CEO on his cell phone anytime.  That’s something you just don’t get with the others.”
