How the Process Works

Once you request a quote, a Top Notch sales representative will give you a call to ask a few questions about your company’s needs and the jobs that you would like for us to fill. We will then prepare a brief proposal tailored specifically for your company. Our quotes are always "no obligation" and of course free of charge.

Top Notch will then search our pool of applicants for workers which fit your company's hiring criteria. We can take care of all the interviews and initial pre-employment screenings or we can send potential employees to your jobsite for preliminary interviews so that you can be more selective in choosing your workers.

Most companies choose to use our workers on a "temp to perm" basis, whereby the employee works for a minimum 400 hour probationary period, after which they may be hired directly by you with no fees. Some use a much longer probationary period, often as much as a year or more. You can also choose to directly hire workers to forego any probationary period. With direct hire employees Top Notch simply charges a one-time flat hiring fee.
