4.Try out our workers before you hire them - If they are a good fit, you can hire them anytime after 320 hours (typically 8 weeks) at no additional fee, or you can hire them immediately and pay a one time fee.  If it's not working out, all you have to do is tell them to report back to Top Notch and we handle it from there.

8.Permanent placement - If you are looking to fill a permanent position, Top Notch's employment placement specialists can screen candidates according to your  specifications and select several top applicants for you to interview.  Once your choice is made, you may run the worker through us for 8 weeks before hiring, or if you prefer our one-time placement fee is charged, but is refunded on a pro rata basis if the person quits within 8 weeks of hire.
