our workers before you hire them - If they are a good fit, you can hire
them anytime after 320 hours (typically 8 weeks) at no additional fee, or
you can hire them immediately and pay a one time fee. If it's not
working out, all you have to do is tell them to report back to Top Notch
and we handle it from there.

is place people in the workplace, 8 hours a day, week in and week
out. There is no job too big or too small. We can handle one worker
or your entire workforce. We provide
longer term workers with benefits such as vacation and holiday bonuses and
we offer medical insurance to every new hire.

placement - If you are looking to fill a permanent position, Top Notch's
employment placement specialists can screen candidates according to
your specifications and select several top applicants for you to
interview. Once your choice is made, you may run the worker through
us for 8 weeks before hiring, or if you prefer our one-time placement fee
is charged, but is refunded on a pro rata basis if the person quits within 8
weeks of hire.

needs - For companies with seasonal or cyclical businesses, use of a
